Recruiting Flight Commander
Captain Dolbee is the Recruiting Flight Commander for AFROTC Detachment 380 at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. His responsibilities include recruiting and retention of new officer candidates for the United States Air Force and United States Space Force, in the majority of the lower peninsula of Michigan. This includes the current 80-person cadet wing corps as well as contacting hundreds of interested students at various events throughout the state.
