Education Flight Commander
Major Hayes is the Education Flight Commander for AFROTC Detachment 380 at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. In this capacity, he oversees all curriculum administration for four instructors as well as cadet academic performance for the current 80-person cadet wing corps. He is responsible for developing cadets into leaders and commissioned officers in the Air and Space Forces of the Department of the Air Force.
